Ripoff terrorist tactics

Some time last year someone in my household authorized talk america services.

I contacted this company and plainly stated that i had not authorized such services.

The person i spoke with stated that he would file charges with the fcc for that person who allegedly authorized services being a minor child. Some type of interstate commerce fraud.

Then i recieved a later stating that my tax refund would be garnished to pay this alleged debt. This type of collection method can not be legal.

I did not receive this service because i already had local and long distance service with another carrier and received bills monthly from them.

Since when do collectors threaten to take a persons' tax refund and or file criminal charges against a minor.
