Yahoo personals ripoff will not refund my money online

YAHOO personals online - DON'T DO IT. I was stupid enough to give my credit card information to just get into the see for a browse. I had an emergency and needed to withdraw my temporary subscription, which they clearly state that you can by following THEIR directions EXACTLY before the end of 7 days. I did it the very next morning!!! They continue to ignore the fact that I have already done it and tell me to do that same thing over and over again. I have even forwarded e-mails showing my confirmation from them of my cancellation! They HAVE NOT refunded my money into my account. They tell me it is too late now. Even though. I have proof of doing it the next day and them telling me they are sorry I am leaving. It is $19.95 that means a lot to a person like me. I suppose I will have to keep spreading the word and keep on letting people know NOT to trust them.
