Ripoff nasty dishonest terrible customer service

Page Avenue Laundomat offers pick-up and delivery on 15 pounds of laundry for $. 75 per pound. My grandmother had less than 15 pounds, but was willing to pay the 15 pounds (equaling $11.25) because she needed her clothes picked up and delivered.

Upon delivering her laundry to her, the delivery boy told my mother it costs $15.00. When she stated it should've only been $11.25, the kid got his father from the car who yelled at my grandmother and told her to give just $10.00 but to never call them for service. He was very nasty and arrogant. This was the first time my 77 year old grandmother used their service.
