Worst laundromat in dobbs ferry

Just moved to Dobbs Ferry and was looking for a good laundromat when i came across DJ's Brite Whites laundromat. I went to D J's Brite Whites Laundromat a fews days later to pick up the laundry and bring it home. While taking the clothes out of the bag i noticed none of my clothes had fabric softener and all my clothes were stiff and some had wholes in them. When i went back to D J's and showed him what the clothes felt like and that they didnt use fabric softener he kept stressing to me that they did when clearly they didnt fabric softener makes clothes soft not stiff. Then i had shown him the ten pairs of ripped under garments and had requested my money back for the laundry he had gotten extremely rude with me and said no that he wasnt responsible for them not putting fabric softener and ripping the under garments. I will never go to this laundry mat again and the owner is extremely rude and does not do the right thing for his customers. I now have found a Very good laundromat up the block and never gone back to D J's Brite whites Laundromat since! Dont let this happen to you!
