Plan to keep an overpayment on my account 6-8 weeks RIP-OFF

Since Nov I ahve been trying to get an overpayment on my account back from them. My account is closed. I was told at one time, that I should have it by Dec 15th. Dec 30th, I called again said they would rush it. I called again today, Jan 24th. I was told that the amount had been approved. Ofcourse, it was approved it was an overpayment! I was told the it was approved for payment Jan 18th but it would take 6-8 weeks before I get it! Outreagous! All I want is the money due me! I will never do business with them again and am speading the word!
