Closed account overpayment refund approved but takes 6-8 weeks

Since Nov I have been trying to get an overpayment on my account back from them. My account is closed. I was told at one time that I should have it by Dec 15th. On Dec 30th, I called again and they said they would rush it. I called again today, Jan 24th. I was told that the amount had been approved. Of course it was approved, it was an overpayment! I was told it was approved for payment Jan 18th but it would take 6-8 weeks before I get it! Outrageous! All I want is the money due me! I will never do business with them again and am spreading the word!
