Ripoff!

Nov. 9 we requested the package to get started with this company. We recieved the package but did not like the offer so we sent the package back in for a refund and never recieved it.
We have waited for 3 months for the refund. It was $31.00.. We dont have that much money and would really like to get our money back.
This is ridiculus. I would appreciate any help you could give me..
