Ripoff sent money & never recieved package mistreated and ripped off

I sent money & never recieved my package. They even called me back, but said that the package was sent back to them and I gave them a different address so they can resend the package and still nothing. I asked for another number, beside the one I had and the lady said that, that all the information I need will be in that package. So how would I get my money back?
