Ripoff! Incomplete and Useless Criminal Background Check

This company promises to do a complete nationwide criminal background check using their " state of the art system".

What I actually got from them was a incomplete report that showed only traffic offenses and completely missed a felony conviction and several other offenses.
When I complained that report was faulty I was treated very rudely via emails and was told to read the coverage which I agreed to.

The coverage stated they do a complete check on Minnesota BCA records, which is exactly where they show up (if they do a complete check)

So I had to pay for another report with one of their competitors that showed an accurate & complete report using the same records (Minnesota BCA) that they claimed to use.

This company did nothing but blame everyone else including me for their errors. They refused to refund my money and basically told me that I got what I paid for.
At one point they even admitted fault by stating in an email
" Sorry, it looks like there was a record in Minnesota" but still refuses a refund

I believe this is not only wrong but also dangerous to the public. You literally could have a Jeffrey Dahmer working for you and not even know it! This is definetly a Caveat Emptor - Let the buyer beware
