Aka Luckymag ripoff, keep sending bill after subscription, no contact phone numbe

In January I subscribe lucky magzine for two years and paid the subscription fee.in August they started to send me a new bill, without any reason (Note that my subscription expires at January). The worst thing is, they do not include any phone number in the bill, and I could not find any contact number/email on their website. It seems they are knowingly hiding their number.

Furthermore, they add red letters with delinquent credit warning on their mails. This is a ripoff act. Please help me find out their contact number (to the person in charge) if they have any.
