Ordered tile from vtb. They approved my order, took my money, then instead of shipping my completed order they send a scammy email demanding my credit card for $300 MORE. I finally got thru to manager leanne who told me they wanted more money because they weren't making enough at the price they sold them to me for. I recorded the call as proof of their lies. They refused to send me the tile they sold me after they set the price on their website then approved the sale. They are liars, cheats, and thieves. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
