Invalid promo code

I placed an order online and attempted to use the promo code from a coupon I received from doing a shopping channel survey valid until DECEMBER 31. It was verified after entry but not applied which I noticed after the order was submitted. After four telephone calls to them regarding a credit for the 20% coupon to my credit card or a new coupon to use for future orders, I was asked to send the email with the coupon back for verification because no one in the credit department seemed to believe that this particular promo was good until December 31. Very disappointing customer service, the worst I have ever received from anyone. Still waiting.
