Third class beggar shirts of 5 pack of koutons - mark taylor

I had purchased online 5 pack shirt and i am crying to get my refund based on 30 days return policy. It is almost one month now. Complaint was lodged on the day i received the shirt packet.inspite of numerous calls and emails customer care has turned deaf ears.
They are cheating people. Please do not buy anything from 100 best buy or should we say 100 worst buy cheats.
