ATM - Found a naive business owner and didn't explain the whole contract

Miscellaneous

This guy found a brand new business owner and coersed him into getting an ATM for their coffee shop establishment. This is not a Starbucks, so not nearly the amount of customers as an establishment like that would have. The owner signed up for the contract to lease the ATM machine for 5 years to the tune of $179.00 per month and a $2.00 fee on each transaction. The owner has NEVER even broke even in the 1 year he has leased the ATM. I just feel that these sales people pry on new business owners and people that seem gulible. It is not fair to the business owner, who no longer owns the business and is now stuck with another 4 years on the ATM with no where to put the machine. The company could at least give you an option to find someone else to lease the machine, or help you find a different establishment to put it in... It is totally UNFAIR!!!
