Anthropologie's lack of service

It seems a previous occupant of the home we moved into last April is on the "banned" list of Anthropologie. A Christmas order of mine for my wife was cancelled (email to me stated they were sold out of inventory). I went to a store hoping to find the item and was told they had plenty in stock, but it was not available in stores. I called customer service and was asked if I was Mary. Huh? No, last I checked I am just me. My order was cancelled because the address I currently love in with my family was blacklisted and instead of them contacting me with the issue, they just cancelled my order. Once I was questioned about my identity for a few minutes, I was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Never happened. I would not assume I understand their reasoning for their hatred of my address or, I guess, a past occupant who is not a welcomed customer anymore, but I do know that I was not extended any kind of service. We have spent a lot of money at this store, unfortunately, no more. I don't like being singled out and discriminated against after being a loyal customer. My money will go elsewhere from now on. Good news is that I speak a lot about customer service to service teams, so I did get some good material. Merry Christmas all!
