Horrible

Have been calling the phone service for 5 days, can never get through due to "system problems" finally got through today after being on hold for 32 minutes. Placed 11 orders that were guaranteed before christmas, now im being told only 4 of them will make it before christmas. Asked how much it would be for 2 day shipping-$30.00 an item. Emailed them twice. Have never received such poor customer service. I was never even given tracking numbers for the "shipped" items i have yet to receive. My order has been placed for more than 1 week and it is still"being prepared for production."

To sum it all up. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Does not stand true to their word. Will never order from them again.
