Wasn't home for a delivery and wanted to send to a different address (my work) so I would be there to accept the item.
Attempted to register on website to set up the new delivery location (which they suggested doing on the slip they left)
Website asked me a ton of ridiculous questions like previous addresses, last four digits of my driver's license, first name of someone living at my address and so on. First of all, it's creepy knowing that they know some of this stuff, but after answering them the website would not allow me to go any further stating I attempted too many log ins? And to try later. I tried later (next morning) same message. So I never got to request a different delivery address online - a completely useless website. I now need to do it the old-fashioned way and make a telephone call and talk to a real person which is probably better anyway - crossing my fingers I can understand the person!
