Normally I don't even bother to write a review but this time I feel obligated to warn others of this horrible company. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter. Beyond the Rack shipped them out on Oct. 25th. I had checked the tracking of these boots to find out that they were being returned to them because they could not deliver them to me. Beyond the Rack had shipped them via UPS. From there they were transferred to the local post office (per beyond the rack), why I have no idea since UPS is in my neighborhood at least 4-5 times a day. Somewhere between UPS and post office their poorly addressed label came off rendering my package undeliverable. I immediately phoned them the next day they were open. I explained the situation to the woman on the phone and asked if she could simply send me out another pair of boots. That is where the problem began. I was told I would have to wait for the boots to come back, then they'd have to process them and only then will the resend them. I told the woman that this was not my fault and the tracking number clearly proved these boots were never delivered and were on their way back to them. Again, resistance and at that point I decided to give it a week and follow up. The following week I call again and get another woman. I am placed on hold and hung up on. I call back again. This time I get a man and have to explain the entire situation again since the original woman apparently didn't bother to note anything into their system. Again I was told I'd have to wait for the boots to come back. I asked had they received them to which he could not answer. I asked again to please just ship out another pair of boots. Again more resistance stating they'd have to process the return then send them out. I tried to explain to the french man that I NEVER RETURNED the boots, they were never delivered. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain. At that point I was getting very frustrated and asked to simply speak to a person in a position of authority. Come hell or high water this guy was not going to let me speak to anyone but him. After going back and forth I was told I'd be contacted. I received an email stating my boots had not been received yet to their warehouse (which is in the next state next to me so it should not be taking 12 days for it to get there, even a pigeon would have made it my now). At this point I have no boots. I sent a final email today stating if I did not get a definitive delivery date of these boots by November 18th I would dispute the charge to my credit card and demand a refund of the boots as well as the shipping since these boots never made it to me.in all the years I have been shopping online this is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They should have simply sent me another pair of boots because there was concrete proof that the boots never came and were being returned. Just horrible and they've lost a customer. BEWARE, do not waste your time. The simply do not care about their customers.
