I am not willing to give complete details because that would identify me as a customer. Or maybe not - maybe they treat everyone this way. You should avoid this business for your white dress shirts. I have been disappointed with the declining quality of available dress shirts from the usual places. Hoping to find quality, and willing to pay the price, I came to this business. To summarize some of the results: 1) Credit Card was charged instantly, but a long long delay in shipping that had to be forced by a threat to contact the card company to report fraud. 2) Did not receive the type of shirt ordered. 3) Material is almost see-through, like the cheapest shirt you would find in K-Mart. 4) No indication whatsover that the shirt is made in the USA. No tag or nothing, probably to avoid Federal textile fraud charges. 5) Excessive high price for the product delivered - they obviously survive from the people pulled in by the web site. I strongly recommend you avoid this site for your white dress shirt needs...
