Free Replacement Guaranteed is not forthcoming. 120 tulips received in fall 2012 came up the wrong color. REported immeditely. Promised replacement. Emailed recently; called today to follow up.
Customer Service representative argumentative: disputed my saying that I have been ordering from Dutch Gardens since 1986. Told me I should have called sooner if I were so concerned about the weather (it's getting cold), and finally, hung up on me.
