Dutch Bulbs Was told I need a therapist and was called a "F

Called on 11/8 to find out why orders I placed as far back as July for fall planting had not shipped, also to find out why a request from April for replacement for dead plants received the year before would not be sent. I talked to a man named Bryce, who was rude and would not listen to me. Finally I told him to listen to me and he told me he was not my therapist.

I asked to talk to his supervisor and before he tranfered me he called me a f*ggot. I am still not getting the plants that they promised last April would be replaced. I have yet to receive the orders I was asking about.

I placed new order with another company after talking to KVB, have already received great product and it is all in the ground.
