Groupon goods scam

I recently bought veho headphones. I just went to check my mail box and saw it. I opened the box and to my dismay it was empty save for the receipt. I demand a refund and i'm canceled my account and warning all my friends to do the same. I live in Edmonton and although they promise to ship within two weeks it takes up to a month. Completely unreliable!
