Lies, Steals, Misrepresents ripoff, lied, took money

Well I signed up for a sprintPCS phone and was given the option to have the insurnace on it for 4 extra dollars a month incase somethign happened to my phone. I was told that everything woudl be covered and with it I would have no worries.

WEll my phone was just lost or stolen and now they tell me i have to pay 50 dollars on top of the 4 dollars i paid each month. When I called and told them that was more than I even paid for the phone itself, and that I wanted my money back for this service they told me I can't do that and all I could get back was 10 dollars for over a year of service I have been paying for.

I was seeing how well a class action suit would hold up since this also happened to a friend of my husbands who just recently stopped paying his bill since they wanted him to pay for his stolen phone. I was on hold for over 20 min just to talk to a supervisor. I was misinformed, mis lead and lied to by the sprint PCS in order to get a service and pay extra money that in no way helped me and in no way guareenteed I would get a phone back if something happened.
