Ripoff missleading contractor turned out to be only a shoemaker

Raymond bochik of kitchen options misslead us into believing that his own people would be doing the work when in fact he hired another contractor to do the work. Ray said that he would be out to check the work, but never came out once. The quality of work was poor and it took them much longer to do the job than what we were told. Months later a heard a noise while showering. I found the vent cover over the cold air return had fallen off. To my amazement, it was attached using tape instead of screws. They used a laytex caulking instead of silicone and now the sealed joings around tub are cracking and water is getting in the walls. The tile joints are uneven and some tile stick out frome the wall. Contractor failed to use corner pieces around the window and soap dish cut out and these butted joints are cracking. After notifying ray of the problems, he never returned my calls or did anything to correct the problems. If you plan on remodeling your kitchen or bathroom, you would be better to do it yourself than call kitchen options. I thought i was getting a professional contractor to do the work, but instead i got an incompetant shoemaker.
