R and J Custom Tile Remodeling And Landscaping ripoff

This company was given a great opportunity of placing tile on my kitchen, dining room, and bathroom floors, carpeting in the living room, three bedrooms and hallway leading to the downstairs. I was informed the tile in the kitchen would look beautiful and there would be NO problems. Then, I am told I have a "floating floor" and they did not know this previously! I now have a tile floor with EVERY AREA CRACKING (the tiles and the grout) and most of the grout is GONE. They refuse to replace the tile with linoleum and told me I am stuck with it. It cost me over $3000 plus $2700 for the carpeting. They put a subfloor in as well (which I found out is a big no, no). I also found out with a floating floor tile could be too heavy! They then offered me a hardwood floor for $2700 more. I then called around and found out this too would crack and/or separate. I do not feel they know what they are doing and should return me my money.
