Credit card theft, unathorized transactions, harrasment, fraud, over billing, etc. Ripoff

We rented a computer from United Household Rentals, 'UHR'. We had the computer for several months. And I never missed a payment not once!

I went in every single week, and made my payment. But, they still called and harrassed me about my payment every week. They would also send letters, and even come to my house to collect payments before they were even due!

Finally after several months of this, I returned the computer, and ended the rental agreement. But, later that day, I found out that UHR had attempted to charge over 70 dollars to my mother's credit card. They never had any authorization to do this at all.in fact, the only reason they even had the credit card number was because I had made a weekly payment for it once in the past. But, even then, I had made it clear to them that the card was never to be charged again, and they said it wouldnt be.

I never signed anything, or agreed to anything about them charging any credit card of mine. Especially a relative's credit card! So I went back to the store and spoke with the main manager. I told him that they were trying to charge over 70 dollars to my mother's credit card, and that they had no permission from me or her to do this. The manager laughed at me, and denied trying to take the money from her card. I

Ithen left the store. I could not believe how rude and unprofessional the manager was. I then got home, and found that I had received a message from UHR. They stated on the message that they attempted to charge the card, but it was denied due to insufficient funds. So that was proof that they did in fact knowingly attempt to charge the card without any authorization.

Then, the next day, they again tried to charge my mother's card. Tthis time for just over 60 dollars. They did this twice this day. So they are illegally attempting to take money from my mom's credit card without any permission at all.

I have never signed or agreed in any way to them charing any credit card of mine, or anyone elses. They are knowingly illegally trying to take her money. Complete fraud. They also ripped us off on the computer.

I found out I was being overbilled almost ten dollars a week for 7 months! I warn everyone. Do not deal with UHR. Iit could end up being the worst mistake of your life!
