Unauthorized Charge

A charge was made to my credit card for a service that was was neither authorized or approved by me. A one time payment was made on behalf of a relative 2 years ago which gave them access to my card information. Because the relative failed to pay them this past year for their services they used my card for payment. I did not open this account with them nor do I have their equipment. When I spoke to their representative she stated that because they had not been paid they used my card to get their money. This charge happened without authorization from me.
