Forever 21 return policy - Clothing

I made a purchase at the las vegas meadows mall store yesterday. I was helped by an employee who was very nice, but did not make me aware of the policy even when I stated the situation. I was looking for an outfit to wear to a party and I made it very clear that I was getting a couple of things to see what would work better before I decide what to wear and she just laughed and sdtated that what ever I don't like I could just easily bring it back as long as I have the receipt. What she failed to say is that they don't give cash refunds and it is only store credit or exchange. I feel that that is very important to tell me because I should have the right to not purchase different items if I can't return them if I changed my mind. How can you spend your money some where and they tell you oh no we are giving it back to you. You have to purchase something and leave your hard earned money here. You have no choice, which is very unethical. I will never ever shop here again. Never. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of their policy before they spend their money. Very bad business practice... Greedy!!!
