Worst Management and Customer Service

We were reluctant to purchase anything from The Brick as our previous experience with them years ago was terrible, however we thought we would give them another chance. Everything started off positive, as we enjoyed our Sales guys. We recently bought a new home, so we purchasers alot of stuff from The Brick. Kitchen table, leather sectional, king size mattress and full bedroom suite. You would think after spending thousands of dollars that they would take better care of you, however it has been a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend dealing with The Brick ever again, as they do not care about the customers or the service they provide. The call center hangs up on you as they just done care. They hear people complain all day and every day, so why would your concern be any different. I have learned my lesson, and I will never buy from The Brick again, as the frustration and disrespect is not worth my hard earned money.
