Ad online customer service - plus size clothes

This is the email I sent online to Target cs - received No response!
To whom it may concern;
The customer service rep that took my call was very RUDE, did not listen to me, and refused to put a supervisor on when I asked for one. The person I talk to said his name was Ben - and after many times of asking for a last name or employee # was given this number ref # 3-890354697. I am very unhappy with the service I received - he (Ben) said hold then did not put his phone on mute - I heard him laughing and caring on another conversation - about me and my order - When he came back on line I did tell him I was on a cell phone and recorded 75% of what he said-
He in return said fine and laughed again - He did not help with the problem I was having or give any advise on how to solve it! I will not be doing business online with Target ever again - due to this experience - I am to wed 12/1-
I will not use target as a online registry -due to this - I plan to go online and tell all on My Facebook, twitter, and pintrest friends and followers what a horrid time I had with Ben @ target customer service and that I will Not be registering with Target - Due too this experience! I must say I have Never encountered such Rude behavior - from a customer service rep - Please note that once all my orders come in I will take them back
that day and return them - this is unfortunate - because I do Love shopping at the Moline IL location!
I also never did receive a confirmation number for the order I was talking about - I did give my credit card information so I will be looking into that as well
