GC shoddy practices bait and switch used gear value, and poor customer service associates

First after extensively lookin on the GC webite to get a rough idea of what I could get trade in value and finding in all of their site 3 of the exact same item with prices of 199.99,299.99 and 299.99 I get to the store to be offered 80.00 store credit and I asked why and relayed the info I found and they showed me they only had 2 listed on the entire gc website and the cheapest was 99.99 (this was NOT their when I looked earlier that day and the 2 that were listed for 299.99 were no longer listed at all, then the sales associate kept disappearing and left me hanging for extended lengths of time to the point of having to have her paged (oh and I should note she claimed to be the assistant store manager which does NOT inspire any confidence in the Oklahoma city GC store as far as I am concerned). Then I had a piece of equipment they actually broke while testing it out cause she was handling it like a dominatrix trying to break a guys Johnson off. So to "make it right) they gave me a set of strings and an instrument cable well if I had known then what I know now in regards to having it repaired I would have went ballistic, while i was stopped to get fuel for my trip home I made a phone call for a repair quote and was quoted 150.00 to repair my piece of equipment, had I known it was gonna cost that much I would have had tehm do a hell of a lot better than strings and a cable, my advise to EVERYONE is AVOID the Oklahoma city guitar center just shop online (and not on GC or musician friend cause they are sister entities), or other local stores I get WAY better pricing from gilliams in norman and it is a hell of a lot closer to home than GC
