CCS - Shop At Home Nevada ripoff taking money out of my account Won't discontinue my membership

CCS is a shop from home company. They claim to give you this glamorous credit line, and you can get cash in advance from them as well. This is an outright lie. Every January 1st, and February 1st they take $200 out of your bank account. When you ask them to stop they say they need a written letter for this to stop. I sent them a written letter, sent it priority mail, and they tell me that they are going to take money from my account if it doesn't process in time. I wonder if the letter will be processed in time?
