Exploding napkins - Paper Napkins

I usually do not complain about minor things like the following. I purchased a package of 600 paper napkins. They were one ply, and measured 145 sq.inches. They were wrapped in a thin, clear, plastic wrapper.

Before I forget, I am elderly, and have purchased Target products for many years with no complaints.

Anyway, when I opened the package (from one end) napkins flew out in every direction. An estimate would be about one third of the contents ended up on the floor. Putting them back in another container posed another chore! Thanks for listening, Bill
