I Ripoff un-authorized bank draft Stole $149 from my daughters bank account

Daughter received letter from the her Bank stating she tried to over draft $149, which she did not have, so then they charged her a $20 insufficient fund fee.

Same day received a vacation brochure in mail from Florida Passport... Telling her she had 7 days to call and cancel or would be chaged $149... Received mail 2 days after call date.

Has called the 800# but keeps saying she needs a phone # or account # to access... Will keep trying

Will call Lawyer Monday morning and them resolve it. Have PrePaidLegal services and works great for these kind of things. A must!
