On 2-14 they took 99.49 from my chase account i reported it right away they told me that it was canncelled on 2-14 and that my money was going to be deposited it right away now today is the 2-23 and i still havent received my refund, my bank told me to call them again which i did and spoke to three agents and they said that a custermer service was going to call me right back this is my bank account and noone should take money out of my account, i will do everything in my power to get a lawyer to fix this problem as soon as possiable i want my money refunded back to my account it easy for them to take peoples money very fast but it takes forever to give me my refund i will take all further actions on this behalf and any other that will occur in my bank account. I report it as scammers right away i need somone to call me very soon like in the morning here is my home number and cell phone number 203-540-5185 or 203-212-2890. I spoke to gehzel on 2-14 at 3.30pm and she said it will be canncelled right away. I got a over draft fee on my account which i never over draft, thanks to my bank that waived my 34.00 and put it back to my account now where is my 99.49. Thank you for your time and i hope i get a call in the morning because noone is answeing there phone thats y i am letting you know about this problem which i want it fix right away or my lawyer will get a call from me with this company taking money from my bank account. My bank has been a great help giving me all the information that they can again thank you and i be waiting for my refund by tomorrow this money should have been deposited already days ago.
