This Company debit my bank account without my permission. When i first talked to Customer Service on 09/11/06, They told me they would give me a free trip and have me look over there vacation discount first and they will send this to me with in 7 business day. So this mail did not arrive with me until 09/23/06 in the evening, so it was to late for me to call the office and cancel this package which the package stated on 09/25/06 they will debit from my checking account then. So on 09/25/06 i called and spoke with customer service rep'd Allen stated to me that the company will not process this $149. From my account and the company also gave me a confirmation number, stating they will not touch my account. So on i check my account this company took the money from my account anyway on 09/27/06, without my permission.

I called this company on 09/27/06 and Spoke with the same Gentleman in customer service: Allen and then he started to be rude to me and told me Lady you have to send the package back first to get a refund from florida, so i sent it certif mail and i still have not got my refund yet as of 10/09/06. I have been calling everyday know and they are telling your refund is in process.
