Ripoff Warning, they take your money but deliver no product

I purchased a $279.99 nitro car from this company on 12-7-04 and the money was taken out of my account the next day. The item was supposed to be delivered via "express service mail" 5-10 delivery. Today is the 21st and I have not received my item.

I did not get a "confirmation e-mail" right after I placed my order, so I e-mailed the company at that time and they e-mailed me back 12-8-04 stating that my order had been received and I would be getting my car. Not to worry.

Since then I have attempted to e-mail the company. They do not reply. I have tried to call them. I get a recorded message stating "Do not worry you will get your order by Christmas". I left a message on their answering machine and no one has called back.
