Illegally practicing business online and misrepresenting themselves

Doba is misrepresenting themselves. With certain information covered in their terms and agreement, they failed to realize that during the business call to a potential customer, what is mentioned to the customer is considered a Verbal Agreement. During the call and prior to, during, or after processing the financial transaction, if the Doba rep fails to inform the customer of the company's terms and agreement, the sale is null and void. Meaning the customer is due a full refund. I am seeking a class action suit against this company due to failure to inform customers of important terms prior to finalizing the sale. Doba is well aware that the terms and agreement need to be verbalized during the business call. If the Doba rep explained the terms prior to the sale, 9 times out of 10 customers would not do business with Doba.
