From past experience, Cathy Jean shoes were always comfy and sexy heels. I was always pleased with the product.

I placed an online order straight from their website for a sexy black strappy heels but when I received them, the strap loop thing was missing in one pair and falling off the other pair. I am surprised at the poor quality of the shoes as I've never had any problems in the past.

All I wanted was an exchange but the process was such a hassle I ended up asking for a full refund. I need to contact them before the 10 day refund/exchange time frame. My attempts to contact their customer service was frustrating and exhausting!

This is what I had to go through:
The first time I called, I was asked to email photo proofs of the faulty shoes, to which I complied but they never responded.
A few days later I called their customer service number and left several voicemails. A week went by thinking someone will respond to my voicemails but no such luck.
When I finally did speak to another person, she claimed to have no authority to take care of the exchanges and that I could only leave a voicemail. No response.
So, I called again and miraculously got through and my problem was quickly resolved with a return label as I requested for an exchange.

A month later, I still haven't received my shoes. There were no attempts on their end to notify the status of my shoes.
I foolishly sent an email asking the status of my shoes. I even attached all the necessary documents to make the search easier. No response!

The next day I spoke to someone to which I was notified that their warehouse had received my package but didn't process it further.
Mind you, inside the package I enclosed a copy of invoice along with a note to request for an exchange. They didn't have a justifiable excuse as to why my package was neglected - a month after they received it!

It seems so shady to treat a customer the way they did and I have a suspicion they may be 'fixing' the faulty pieces and mail it back to me. If so, it would be another round of hell just trying to contact them to get anything resolved. So instead of an exchange, I asked for a full refund.

Unacceptable and disgustingly terrible customer service! I'm so disappointed!
Shame on you!!
