Walmart managers are disrespectful and rude

I am a customer that see that the assistant managers treat the employees with no respect
I over heard a employee and assistant manager talking about her hours and he told her he will not change her hours and that he will just give here hours to someone else I think that was wrong because all she was asking is for her mandatory days off and he couldn't do that
And she said that someone else use to give her a true manadatory days off so she wouldn't have to call in so please fix the schedule cause don't nobody know what the next person goes through but the person them selves try to fix the problem with that rude asistant manager cause he is just ridiculous
