I bought a pair of boots in the store and it was send by mail. It came with the zipper damage, then it was re-order and once again the zipper was damage. I went to return it, but didn't have the invoice, only the paper work that came in the mail. The salesperson said that I could return it anytime (since I couldn't find anything interest that day) for the price I paid for it ($100). Went to the store on Sunday, and they gave me only $50 in merchandise exchange. I'm very upset that it was not explained to me that I would only received whatever price they wanted to pay for and worst of all, that no information could be retrieve with the order number. I'm sure if it was in the store interest, they would find out all of my information with the order number. But since it was in the costumer interest, they don't "hold" any info.
