Cable internet ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Tulsa oklahoma

One year ago i had cox high speed internet and i loved it. I thought it was the best. I had signed a one year agreement and had made payments on time the entire time that i had it. Then at my 11th month into my contract i had to move into Sand Springs. I bought a house and was told that there was cox services out where i was moving. So when it came down to it and it was time to hook my services up cox said they don't reach me where i am at. But when you go about a mile down the road there is cox. Anyway, because of this they charged my a fee for "Breaking the contract" before the 12 month contract was up. I called up SBC dsl, and they also have a 12 or 18 month contract and they said that if you move that they would not charge a fee for moving out of there area. I also called a few others and they also say the same thing. When I was trying to communicate with them they acted like jerks and were so UNPROFFESIONAL!!! They acted like i owed them so much.
