Ripoff delay tactics

I have been trying to settle a dishwasher issue for 3 months now. They sent service techs out on 9 seperate service calls and they just keep switching parts. Finally they said it could not be repaired. Then the nightmare really began I have called 15 times and they always say someone will call back but to date no one has ever called. They have tried 5 different times to get me to accept a model that does not come close to the functions of what I had. The cash pay out does not come close to what the cost of a similar machine will cost. The knowledge level is poor at its best and they use that to pass the buck to another person who will not call you back. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I feel they knowingly use unfair business practices.
