Ripoff stole money out of my account

Utalk called me in feb. Of 2003 offering the gas vochers and other programs. After listen I decided it didn't sound good so i said no.

In March my account was clean out of $420.00 total withdrawls from utalk, american values, wellnet and wash ball. Washball is the only company to refund my money. The 3 other companies are all run by Utalk you really don't have to call a different number for each company. I have worked with Utalk in everything they have asked of me for the last 10 months trying to get my money back.

This company cliams to have a corparte office that is responable for the refunds. The corparte office has no phone number, no real address and no e-mail. Only customer service can contact the company through their system.

Utalk is stealing from people and they don't seem to care if I take legal action. What dose that tell you? I would like to know what I can do to start legal action against this company.
