I, too, was "conned" into this scam. I canceled as soon as I got the letter and I wroted down the confirmation number of the cancellation. That didn't stop them. They continued to scam me by sending my information to places like Wellnet and Utalk. They immediately started taking large sums of money out of my account.

Try and call the Americanvalues number that is given and it is not connected.

Try and call Utalk and Wellnet to get your money back and their response is "we will make it a priority".

I have been waiting for my refunds for 7 months now and have not seen a penny.

I, too, had to change all my information.

I have a question... Did any of you ever notice the nationality of all the customer service reps at ALL of these companies

I am the last to be prejudiced; however, they sound a lot like Bin Laden...
