Another Ripoff Employer on Career Builde

This is the second time I have seen this scam artist employer push their filthy scam on prospective job seekers. I reported them each time but get no response from Career Builder.
Here is the scam email:

We are looking for a person who may work as an exchanger assistant. This is part time job...
The salary is $100 per day, but the work won't require more then one hour per day. Almost anyone can apply!
Only requirement, you must have a Bank of America bank account. If you don't have the account, you may open it and start earn the money.
You will need to accept a direct deposit transfers from our customers and exchange the money into another currency.
