Very, very disappointed!

In November I purchased 4 new Douglas tires for my car at the Riverton - Herriman Walmart, on 13400 South and Bangerter Riverton, Utah. I asked for road hazard (I just moved into a neighborhood still under construction), so I knew I'd need it. After the installation I got my receipt and left the store. Several weeks later I picked up a nail, so I took my receipt to the service desk and asked them to fix my tire, at wich point they informed me I didn't have road hazard. The man helping me then said, "We don't do road hazard for tires that cost less than 100 dollars each." I argued with him to no avail... Paid $12.00 dollars and left unhappy. A couple of days ago I picked up a screw, took my car back to Walmart, where I continued my disagrement over road hazard, and was informed that road hazard is something they try to get sales on for every customer! That really upset me. Not only did the first person I bought the tires from NOT do the job she was hired to, but more than that, she DIDN'T LISTEN to what I asked her for. The second person bold face LIED to me. The service manager was standing there and said, "We'll fix it free this time." My point is, had these people been doing thier jobs correctly in the first place I shouldn't be paying at all. So... I went to pick up my car, and as I left the parking lot notice my stick shift knob was loose. I'd never had a problem with that before, but didn't think much of it until, the entire thing fell off in my hand! I looked at it and it was shattered on one side! Someone used extreme force to break the knob off like that. Had I not been on my way to work, I'd have gone back. I know in the grand scheme of things my purchases don't amount to a hill of beans to a company like Walmart, but I will never have my car serviced there again, I will not buy another tire from them, and I will pay another company to fix my tires from this point forward. The way they treated my property while my back was turned was dispicable, and shameful. Their customer service was as well shameful. Walmart should embarassed!
