Do not allow payment over the Internet

My name Gladys Neira I hold a Kohl card 060 600 00 I want to make payments over the Internet but you donot allow me to do so my question why. I had been doing before but now you denied access. Well by now I will stop make payment into the stores because I am living outside the country and hold you responsible for any futher development. Also you are not getting messages from my email "condorxpress@verizon.net"
