Kohl's Customer Treatment

I was a loyal Kohl's customer for over a decade. That all came to an end when I lost my job and needed to rely on their payment protection plan to make my minimum payments. Kohl's had cancelled my plan and claimed that I was responsible for making payments even though I did not have the income to do so. I informed them that I had no intention of filing for bankruptcy and had every intention of making good on my debt obligations once I was back at work. They harassed me (sometimes calling me as many as 10 times a day). I finally got a job and paid off the entire amount that I owed them (which had nearly tripled due to their $45 per month late fees). I owe them nothing and will never set foot in one of their stores again. Beware... Stay away from Kohl's
