I am also an ex-employee of Bruce Romberg's. For my own saftey I need to remain anomous. You folks saw what happened to Patrick did'nt you? Mr. Bruce Romberg is one sick man. First, he has an obsession with teenage girls. He loved to talk to the most attractive girls that came into the office, most of them 16 years old to 25 years old. Everyone in the office was repulsed by his offensive behavior. Another fact you might like to know is that he is obsessed with Melette Clayton. Now, in her defenense I will say, I have not met her, but Bruce talked about her everyday even years after she left. I heard now she is back. I also heard from other employees that he payed her ALOT of money to stay and work for him just so he could be around her everyday. Bruce Romberg is a greedy man.

He would rip off anyone, I have seen him do it! His photographer Annie M. Is also not a fan of children. She of course is Bruce's girlfriend. She was the photographer when I worked there and she would complain day and night that the "kids" she was photographing were driving her crazy! She would roll her eyes behind the parents backs. Mabey she should concider another profession! Also, don't feel sorry for the directors of new talent, everyone in the office knew for a fact that they were making around 2,000 a week! Scaming for Bruce! They knew exactly what they were doing. He would only hire pretty con-artist types. All of the talent directors were blonde, pretty, and con's! They would smile at your face and stab you in the back when you were'nt looking. The secretaries were the people that were paid bare min. Wage and had to deal with numerous threats on the phone everyday when no one else in the company would take a call. I have also heard Bruce say, "Do whatever it takes to get theese parents in and out of here, all I need is the $. Not a social club" He Does Not Care About any Human Being Except HIMSELF. To Anyone working at starbiz whilimina, Run as fast as you can because Bruce's ship is going down and you don't need to be dragged down with him.
