Refund Policy NOT Convenient

I bought a groupon for $20 that would give me $150 off prescription glasses plus a free pair. I bought it for my husban as a gift. He went in but eas not happy with the selection they had so he went elsewhere and purchased them there. I contacted groupon through email and they said I could not get a refund because it was passed seven days, they told me to use it as a gift (again). Now Im stuck with something that I cant give out because nobody I know needs it. I myself cant use it as I dont need prescription glasses. I will no longer use groupon!!!
